First time here? Three steps:
- On your phone: open the guest → Push to Portal → Send to Computer.
- On this computer: paste the fields you sent yourself into the box below (or press the blue Cformly button on the form page).
- Press Fill Form — the portal form fills itself. You do the photo, the security code, and Save.
Copy the guest fields from the Cformly app, then fill this portal form.

Guest queue
Guests waiting to be filed. A complete fill removes the guest from the queue; the queue clears when the browser closes.
